The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) has released its 2020 Harmonized Tariff Schedule. According to the Change Record provided by the ITC, “a significant number of dutiable subheadings and/or their statistical reporting numbers previously setting forth a unit of quantity of “X” have been modified effective on January 1, 2020, to specify a particular unit” as well as changes that were implemented by the Trade Agreement between the United States and Japan.
